Product Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our product development efforts and help drive our business growth. The Product Director will oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Drive product development efforts from ideation to launch, including product roadmaps, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization
  • Work with engineering and design teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and to specifications
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption
  • Define and track key product metrics and use data to inform product decisions
  • Drive, build & measure product profitability KPI (e.g. Revenue, EBITDA etc.) and manage yearly product budget cycle
  • Establish and drive product governance model for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Represent the product team in front of existing or potential customers, marketing events, conferences.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers and other product personnel

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product management or entrepreneurial experience, with a track record of delivering successful products
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies
  • Financial savvy with strong entrepreneurial mindset & capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
