About the position:

As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside our team of talented and dynamic experts as they work to provide exceptional solutions to the many challenges our business and clients face.

The Business Analysist unit is the first stage of building any system and is responsible for gathering the system requirements from the business.

She/he will be performing business and system analysis and design, business process re-engineering, detailed system requirements, and end user documentation.

They will also create functional deliverables such as business scenarios, from scratch, as-is/to-be process flow diagrams, use cases, functional design, screen mock-up.

What are you going to do:

  • Provides Digital expertise.
  • Understands how the business objectives intersect with technology and helps translate those objectives into functional requirements.
  • Interact closely with business to identify needs, meet expectations and objectives.
  • Analyze business requirements, create user cases and Create the Functional Requirements.
  • Clarify the Business Requirements with the initiators and Development team.
  • Assist development teams in providing full scope of business requirements and solution architecture.
  • Drive solution implementation and simplification based on business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Assist with the development and execution of test plans.
  • Revise and write the analysis documentation for proposed solutions.
  • Assist with the development and execution of test plans.
  • Support UAT, production, and pre-sales efforts when it is required.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Clear, professional communications (listening, oral and written communications).
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Skills to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
  • Experience and understanding of the Agile/Scrum philosophy and methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with SQL (nice to have).
  • Ability to understand, create, share, and explain user stories.
  • Ability to communicate with technically oriented teams.
  • Understanding of user training.
  • Experience with software development life cycle.
  • Proficiency in English.
