About the position:
As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside our team of talented and dynamic experts as they work to provide exceptional solutions to the many challenges our business and clients face. We enable you to use your inquisitive nature, and business acumen to be a crucial part of the technical and commercial success of the business.
What are you going to do:
- Perform business analysis and process improvement on project requirements
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, capture assumptions, and identify impacts to business processes
- Scheduling, routine delivery and archive management for standard reports and scorecards
- Monitor the progress of analysis, design, development, testing, and reporting of projects assigned to the team
- Ensure that system changes are thoroughly accounted for in plans and properly defined
- Resource requirements planning and reporting
- Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
- Define functional specifications for business requirements
- Revise and write the analysis documentation for proposed solutions
- Assist with the development and execution of test plans.
What we are looking for:

- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, appropriate judgment and decision-making skill
- Skills to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to effectively manage timelines and deliverables
- Background or knowledge of project management and the ability to analyze and understand IT systems specific for the Retail Pharma projects
- Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
- Relevant experience in the implementation of long-term complex Retail Pharma IT projects.
- Experience using Agile
- Demonstrated ability to work with SQL
- Understanding principles of user story
- Solid grasp of sprint planning
- Understanding of user training
- Experience with software development life cycle
- Availability to travel
- Proficiency in English
