IT Delivery Manager

What are you going to do:

  • Datacenter infrastructure – virtualization, networking, compute & storage, databases, active directory, backup, monitoring
  • Cloud infrastructure – cloud-native services, cloud cost models, infrastructure as a code, automation
  • Workplace – M365 tools and applications, Management tools for Workplace (not only MS Windows)
  • IT tools, processes & governance – ITSM tools, PM tools, DEV tools, Agile Development, DevOps, and related processes

What we are looking for:

  • Independent and proactive in the approach, with a significant “can do” attitude
  • Able to lead teams that are in different geographical areas
  • Self-organizing and very well structured and organized
  • Able to motivate and engage the team to focus and deliver the agreed objectives
  • Asking for help each time when needed
  • Excellent communication skills, able to deliver clear and structured messages to the team members, stakeholders, and steering committee members
  • Technical skills:
  • Previous experience in delivering IT infrastructure projects: networking, security, identity management, migration to the cloud, IT support, etc.
  • Previous experience in the coordination of activities like project deliveries, change coordination, incidents, demand management, service management
  • Previous experience in implementing O365 will be a major advantage but not a must
  • Previous experience in major migrations from Data Center to Cloud or managing local Data Center

Foreign languages: English – advanced for speaking and writing
