IT Support Officer

What are you going to do:

  • Providing IT support for users located in Head Office.
  • Ticket escalation to L2/L3 Support by phone, mail, ticket.
  • Maintenance and management of IT equipment, including keeping the inventory up to date.
  • Maintenance of documentation, procedures, and knowledgebase.
  • Monitoring automated processes and services.

What we are looking for:

  • Good installation /configuration /troubleshooting knowledge of Desktop operating systems type Windows.
  • Experience of working with desktop equipment, laptop, printers, and mobile phones.
  • Good knowledge of installation / configuration / troubleshooting of common business applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Networking (troubleshooting, VPN, wireless, topologies networks).
  • Basic knowledge/environments in Active Directory domain management (management of user and equipment accounts).
  • Knowledge in managing mail clients Outlook / Android Mail / iOS Mail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to solve problems of non-technical users and manage difficult customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple problems at once.
  • Person organized, proactive and with prioritization skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of technical English.
