What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working with SQL SERVER databases (procedures/triggers functions) for at least 1-2 years.
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, achieve results, and provide solutions to a wide range of technical problems. 
  • Responsible and able to manage time in a useful way.
  • Able to work effectively, both with direct supervision and without supervision.
  • Detailed knowledge of the products developed within the department/company.
  • Mentor/trainer for other colleagues in the technical support area.
  • Focus on understanding customer needs.
  • The ability to work under pressure, to cope calmly and positively with situations that involve interaction with customers.

What are you going to do:

  • Provides direct technical and functional support to customers regarding the use, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s products, while ensuring that the system/applications operate in accordance with the specifications received.
  • Aids clients for immediate remediation in case of emergency, in accordance with the clauses within the SLA.
  • Temporarily creates workarounds for immediate customer problems.
  • Simulates / reproduces the problems occurred on the clients’ environment to provide all the necessary details to the development department to solve the bugs.
  • Collaborates closely with the delivery team (analysis, development, implementation, and configuration) to solve customer problems.
  • Participates together with the analysis / development team in the implementation of the company’s applications for new clients.
  • Helps to create technical documents and / or training materials as well as the knowledge base.
  • Participates in the integration and training of new members within the technical support team.
